We offer classes geared towards Modern Martial Arts, self-preservation & functional fitness. We deliver a wide range of topics.  We specialize, private one-on-one training, small group classes, seminars & corporate programs. We are now teaching seminars and private training in Saskatoon, Regina, Prince Albert & Vancouver Canada.

Training Options:

 One on One Personal training: Specific detailed instruction in a personal setting, personalized training built for you.

Duo-Personal Training: Train with a freind of family member.

Higly Exclusive classes: Group of 4-6, allows social aspects of Martial Arts, but still giving the individual attention you deserve. Also you will receive access to the Pro online CM gym.
